Fiji’s ultra-luxurious Laucala Island – the destination of choice for talk show queen, Oprah Winfrey – has joined the COMO Hotels and Resorts stable of properties around the world.

A FJ$5 million interior makeover of the exclusive Laucala Island in the Fijian archipelago has been unveiled this week. The new look, led by Lynne Hunt London who was behind Laucala’s original design a decade ago, aims to match the flora and fauna of the resort’s “idyllic Fijian environment”.
