Tennis champion Jannik Sinner has been named as the new global brand ambassador for Explora Journeys, in a partnership deal signed just ahead of his appearance at the US Open.

A collection of pre- and post-journey Destination Immersions will complement Explora Journeys’ debut season of Alaska itineraries aboard EXPLORA III, set to launch during the northern hemisphere summer 2027.

The official launch of Explora Journeys in China this month represents an important milestone in the cruise line’s global expansion, according to Global President Anna Nash.

Explora Journeys will sail to Alaska for the first time, with the addition of the popular destination among a trifecta of firsts for the cruise line in its new Summer 2027 program.

The successful launch of the troncone, the forward lower section, of Explora Journeys’ EXPLORA IV has taken place at a ceremony at Fincantieri’s Palermo shipyard in Sicily, marking an important milestone om the ship’s construction.
