Aqua Expeditions has launched its new global loyalty program, Circolo Aqua, with a trade-focused initiative to recognise and reward its most valued travel advisors and partner companies.
The loyalty program, officially launched during PURE Marrakech 2025, has been designed to foster deeper relationships with trade professionals and, eventually, guests.
“Circolo Aqua is more than a loyalty program—it’s a curated circle of our most trusted trade partners,” said Francesco Galli Zugaro, Founder & CEO of Aqua Expeditions.

“We wanted to celebrate the individuals and companies who drive our growth by offering meaningful rewards and recognition, structured with the same care and attention to detail we bring to every voyage.”
Circolo Aqua’s benefits will apply retroactively to all qualifying bookings with departure dates from 1 January 2025. First rewards will be issued in January 2026, based on total 2025 production.
The program features a tiered structure across two partner segments – individual travel advisors and partner companies (including tour operators and DMCs). Both segments follow a four-tier system: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, determined by total annual production, measured in terms of gross revenue for individual advisors and net revenue for partner companies.

Rewards are issued in Miles, a points-based system where US$1 is equivalent to 1 Mile. These Miles can be redeemed for Aqua Expeditions travel or credited toward future bookings.
For individual travel advisors, Aqua will issue travel vouchers annually, worth between 5% and 10% of gross production, tier-dependent. Meanwhile, partner companies will earn backend commission credit worth 0.5–2.5% of net production.
The loyalty program has been fully integrated into Aqua’s upgraded Agent Portal, with a further announcement expected in the near future.
