Full details of Swan Hellenic‘s first four cultural expedition cruises across the South Pacific and Southeast Asia, part of its 2026 Asia-Pacific program, have now been revealed.

Sailing aboard expedition ship SH Minerva, these exclusive voyages will take guests to some of the most remote and culturally rich destinations in the region between 5 April and 20 May 2026.

“These first four cultural expedition cruises of the Asia-Pacific offer deep explorations of its immense cultural diversity and natural beauty,” Swan Hellenic Chief Commercial Officer Patrizia Iantorno said.

“We’re so proud that SH Minerva, the emblem of Swan Hellenic’s renaissance, is bringing the magic of this extraordinary region to our enthusiastic guests for the first time.”

The cruise line shared that the first three cruises are available only through Swan Hellenic’s all-inclusive Cruise Plus program, which includes specially-booked hotel stays, charter flights and transfers. Guests can also combine the cruises into longer, continuous journeys without visiting the same destination twice.

The 13-night Wild Eden of Papua New Guinea cruise sails from Honiara to Jayapura, blending World War II history with cultural encounters in the Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea. Highlights include Tulagi’s famous waters, Rabaul’s volcanic landscapes and isolated tribal villages along the Sepik River.

Following this, the 10-night Secrets of the Coral Triangle cruise from Jayapura to Sorong explores Indonesia’s Coral Triangle and lesser-known, less accessible islands, including the karst landscapes of Wayag and Misool, the mangroves of Aljui Bay and sites sacred to the local community.

The final voyage, Philippines to Japan Cultural Discovery Cruise, runs from Manila to Hiroshima over 11 nights, visiting UNESCO-listed Vigan, the Batanes and Sabtang Islands and tropical Japanese destinations including Amami Oshima and Okinawa.

Designed for just 152 guests, SH Minerva offers “exploration in elegance and refined comfort,” guided by onboard experts.
