As Seabourn concludes its 2025 season in Alaska and British Columbia, the ultra-luxury cruise line has confirmed that Seabourn Encore will sail the region for the first time in 2026.

The vessel will sail 17 seven-day voyages and one eight-day sailing between May and September 2026.

“Alaska continues to be one of the most sought-after destinations for our guests, and we are thrilled to bring Seabourn Encore to the region for the very first time,” Seabourn President Mark Tamis said. “From exploring remote waterways to authentic coastal towns rich with culture and history, our 2026 season offers experiences beyond the expected.”

Itineraries blend iconic destinations like Juneau and Ketchikan with lesser known ports such as Alert Bay, the Inian Islands and remote stretches of the Inside Passage. Glacier experiences are featured on every sailing, with Seabourn claiming to offer “more sailings into Glacier Bay National Park than any other luxury cruise line.”

A standout feature of the Alaska program is Ventures by Seabourn, a collection of optional, expert-led excursions including kayaking and Zodiac rides. Supporting these excursions is Seabourn’s onboard expedition team of naturalists, scientists, historians and wildlife experts.

Guests will receive complimentary Helly Hansen all-weather jackets, and Premium Suite guests will have access to Swarovski Optik binoculars for wildlife spotting.

Seabourn is also aligning select voyages with special events such as the Summer Solstice voyage on 19 June, the Perseid Meteor Shower voyage on 7 August and sailings throughout the season that offer a chance to see the Northern Lights.

On board, guests can expect all-suite accommodations, fine dining at venues like Sushi and Solis, and “authentic Alaska experiences” ranging from regionally inspired cuisine to local entertainment.
