The first dedicated golf resort in the Mandarin Oriental Hotels Group portfolio, Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates, is set to open in 2030.

Positioned within the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates – The Next Chapter, the golf resort will feature both a luxury hotel and branded residences. It will be the hospitality group’s third property in Dubai.

“Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates represents an important milestone for the Group as we continue to expand our presence in the region,” said Laurent Kleitman, Group Chief Executive of Mandarin Oriental.

“This project, our first dedicated golf resort, highlights the strength of our partnership with Wasl and reflects our shared vision to create exceptional destinations.”

The resort will feature 121 spacious rooms and suites, alongside 97 branded residences ranging from three- to six-bedroom villas. Each residence will offer exclusive access to private amenities including a lounge, meeting space, pool and fitness areas.

Central to the property is The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, encompassing nearly 5,000 square metres of wellness facilities. It will offer signature treatments and wellness programs, male and female-only pools, an outdoor meditation space, and a salon and barber shop. The resort will also feature three additional swimming pools.

“Partnering with Mandarin Oriental at Jumeirah Golf Estates, The Next Chapter marks a defining moment in our mission to shape Dubai’s next era of integrated living,” Wasl Group CEO HE Hesham Abdullah Al Qassim said.

Guests and residents will enjoy access to top-tier golf facilities including an 18-hole championship course, a driving range, golf academy and agronomy programs. The Golf Clubhouse will feature membership lounges, a pro shop, a sports bar, gym and locker rooms. Additionally, a 7,000-square-metre Equestrian Centre and Clubhouse will include training facilities, arenas, stabling and scenic riding trails.

Dining options will span six venues, including two restaurants at the Golf Club and Mandarin Oriental’s signature gastronomy concepts. A Halfway Hut on the course and a variety of event spaces are also part of the plans, including a ballroom and outdoor venues.

“This partnership reflects Dubai’s vision as a city of the future, and redefines modern living for generations to come,” Al Qassim added.

Mandarin Oriental’s second property in the emirate, Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai, will open in October 2025.
