Link Travel Group has officially welcomed Main Beach Travel, operated by Mike and Mandy Dwyer, to its membership ranks this week.

Main Beach Travel is a highly awarded travel agency, focusing on high end leisure with a strong focus on cruise. The agency also has a focus on Groups and MICE business. MBT was the recipient of the 2018 and 2019 NTIA Awards for Best Retail Agency.

The agency was recently acquired by Goldman Travel Corporation, founding members of the Link consortia, alongside Flight Centre Travel Group and Spencer Group of Companies. Goldman will assume full ownership of MBT after three years.

Scott Darlow, General Manager of Link Travel Group, said Mike and Mandy’s decision to partner with the Goldman Group “was based on the admiration, respect and trust they feel and the partnership is a testament to the calibre and reputation of both businesses.”
