The Knox, Auberge Collection – a new urban retreat in the heart of Dallas’ vibrant Knox Street neighbourhood – will come to life in 2026, as Auberge Collection extends its footprint in Texas to three locations.
Located along the Katy Trail, one of the city’s most iconic destinations, the boutique hotel and residences will anchor a four-acre luxury lifestyle development that includes curated retail and restaurants, design-forward luxury office and multifamily, and a new park connected to the trail.

The Knox, Auberge Collection is the city’s most interesting and desirable new address, situated in a district that promotes walkability, cultivated greenspace, a highly social atmosphere and is a gateway to Highland Park.
The project will feature 140 hotel rooms and suites, as well as 48 private, world-class luxury residences. Residents will enjoy exclusive access to a private residential club with amenities including a bar and lounge, sunroom, fitness center and indoor pool. Hotel amenities will include a restaurant, a series of spacious living rooms and outdoor lounges, expansive event spaces, a vibrant outdoor pool bar, fitness center, spa and movement studio.

Dan Friedkin, Chairman, Auberge Collection, said: “Our partnership with ownership allows us to bring our one-of-a-kind Auberge experience to even more destinations in Texas. The hotel and residences will complement the destination with exciting locally driven food and beverage offerings, vibrant cultural experiences and curated health and wellness experiences.”
Auberge Collections’ other properties in the Lone Star state include Commodore Perry Estate in Austin and Bowie House in nearby Fort Worth.
