Luxury small-ship cruise operator Unforgettable Croatia has reported record-breaking early demand for its 2026 cruising program, with over 50% of inventory already sold since going on sale in March.

Australia was highlighted as a major contributor to this success, with September 2025 showing a 72% increase in local bookings and a 48% jump in revenue compared to the same period last year. Nearly half of all September 2026 sailings are already at capacity.

Graham Carter, Co-Founder of Unforgettable Croatia, said the brand’s distinctive offering continues to resonate with both new and returning guests. “We’ve seen a fantastic response to our 2026 program, with travellers – both returning guests and new to the brand – keen to experience a holiday at sea with a difference,” he said.

“People are increasingly looking for a more personalised, immersive experience, where every journey feels uniquely tailored, and that is what an Unforgettable Croatia holiday delivers.”

Australian travellers are also embracing longer itineraries that combine cruises with land tours, especially in neighbouring countries. The company reported a 36% year-on-year increase in land and cruise package bookings from Australia. Slovenia bookings are up an impressive 286%, while Montenegro is tracking a 20% rise.

A popular option is the 14-night Wonders of Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro Cruise Tour, starting from $10,150 per person twin share. The journey begins in Ljubljana and ends with a private guided tour in Kotor, with a seven-night cruise included in between.

The company will offer 144 guaranteed cruise departures in 2026, spanning eight different itineraries from May to October across a fleet of eight ships. This includes the MV Aretis, which debuted in July and had a sell-out inaugural season. Australians made up 25% of guests on its maiden voyages, and 40% of its 2026 cabins are already booked.

Trade partnerships have been key to Unforgettable Croatia’s growth. “We’ve seen a 150% uplift in trade revenue over the last two years alone,” said Carter. “I’d like to thank [our trade partners] for their hard work and dedication in helping more people discover the joys of small-ship cruising.”

Cruises start from $3,795 per person twin share, inclusive of luxury accommodation, meals, guided excursions, private transfers, and onboard amenities.
