Two major new signings in New York and London have been confirmed by Ennismore’s Delano brand, just months ahead of the highly anticipated reopening of the original Miami Beach property.
In New York, Delano SoHo will be located on Spring Street in Hudson Square, near SoHo’s vibrant arts and dining scene. The hotel “masterfully merges modern and classic elements” and will offer “a serene sanctuary for relaxation and a dynamic environment for social interaction.”
With 390 guest rooms and suites, plus expansive event spaces atop the 46-story tower, Delano SoHo aims to “connect creative insiders, global travellers, and locals”.
Looking ahead to 2026, Delano London will open near Kensington Gardens. Developed with Signature Developers and DCD Properties, the 67-room hotel “will embody a dialogue between contemporary minimalism and rich, textural warmth.”

A standout ground-floor restaurant, curated by Ennismore’s F&B Platform, will debut one of the “most distinctive and authentic dining concepts” in the UK capital. In addition, “Miami’s legendary Rose Bar will make its London debut in a discreet, subterranean setting, an intimate, glamorous haven that captures the brand’s unmistakable after-dark allure.”
“This new chapter for Delano will bring the brand’s unmatched elegance and iconic style to some of the world’s most exciting destinations,” Ennismore said. “The choice of these iconic destinations sets the tone for Delano’s continued evolution, which is guided by a legacy of refinement, warmth and intuition and underlined by world-class entertainment and an innovative approach to cultural and wellness programming.”

Meanwhile, in Miami, the legendary Delano Miami Beach will return as “a tribute to the city’s creative soul, blending preserved Art Deco heritage with modern sophistication.” The reimagined hotel will feature 171 guest rooms, including Poolside Bungalows and Penthouse Suites. Guests will also enjoy four dining and bar concepts, including the beloved Rose Bar, “which once hosted Hollywood royalty and the who’s who of Miami society.”
Both the New York and Miami Beach properties are being developed in partnership with Cain who acquired a minority stake in Delano in 2024. The brand also announced the appointment of Ben Pundole as Chief Brand Officer, bringing “a strong track record in shaping innovative hospitality brands and driving cultural relevance.”
The expansion announcement follows successful openings in Paris and Dubai.
