Six Senses Fiji will broaden its accommodation offering with three new private residences, scheduled to open from early 2026.

Speaking at a recent Tourism Fiji event aboard luxury yacht Mischief, the resort’s General Manager Mark Kitchen revealed the residences are nearing completion. “We’ll even do a test run over the festive season, just to make sure everything is perfect for our guests,” he said.

He invited advisors to book their clients in for last minute festive getaways by contacting the resort directly.

Already home to the largest inventory of luxury residences in Fiji, Six Senses currently features 13 beachfront, ocean and marina-view homes. With the addition of Residences 51, 52, and 53, the resort’s portfolio will expand to 16, enhancing its appeal for flexible group sizes.

Each residence offers the privacy and comfort of a “home-away-from-home,” supported by the resort’s world-class services. Guests can enjoy the assistance of their own Guest Experience Maker (GEM), access a fully equipped kitchen, relax in an expansive private pool with a deck, and benefit from a complimentary resort nanny service for up to eight hours a day.

Kitchen emphasised the resort’s approach to immersive experiences as a major drawcard for travellers. “At Six Senses, we focus on our pillars – sustainability, wellness and experiences – and that’s what is important for our clients,” he said. “Every guest can enjoy fresh produce, great food, and the warmth of our Fijian hosts.”

The new residences create an exclusive enclave along one of Malolo Island’s beaches. Set apart from the main resort, the homes boast private beaches and marinas, providing guests with the ultimate in privacy and connection to Fiji’s natural beauty. Reservations for the residences are now open with online bookings available in Q1 2026.

True to Six Senses Fiji’s ethos, the new residences are designed with sustainability in mind, featuring energy-efficient systems, natural materials, and local craftsmanship. Guests can engage with the environment and local culture through activities such as reef restoration, organic gardening, traditional Fijian weaving, and wellness programs.

“Our residences have always been about more than just luxurious accommodation – they’re about creating space for reconnection, reflection, and celebration,” Kitchen said.
