The Unique Tourism Collection (UTC) has been appointed as the Australia and New Zealand sales and marketing representative for Maisons Pariente, a family-owned portfolio of luxury French hotels.
The partnership aims to expand awareness and visitation from two key long-haul markets with a strong appetite for authentic, design-driven travel experiences.
“We are delighted to be working with our Australia and New Zealand industry partners in showcasing Maisons Pariente and enticing travellers from both of these key markets to experience the simple and warm luxury hospitality of this beautiful family collection of contemporary hotels located in exceptional French settings,” UTC General Manager Svetlana Jovanovic said.

Maisons Pariente comprises a series of elegant, contemporary five-star boutique hotels located in sought-after destinations across France: Crillon le Brave in Provence, Le Coucou in Méribel, Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez, and Le Grand Mazarin in Paris. The collection will expand further with the opening of Le Saint Roch in Courchevel 1850 in December 2026.
Founded by Patrick Pariente and since joined by his daughters Leslie Kouhana and Kimberley Cohen, Maisons Pariente’s vision id to present “exquisite boutique hotels in sought-after French addresses, offering a genuine and generous service in harmony with a contemporary and relaxed atmosphere.”

Art also plays a central role across the properties, reflecting the Pariente family’s passion for supporting both renowned and emerging local artists.
Each hotel in the portfolio brings its own distinctive character. Crillon le Brave, set in a picturesque Provençal village surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, is currently undergoing enhancements that will bring its offering to 43 rooms and suites, including a standalone house, along with a second swimming pool and spa. The property is scheduled to reopen on 3 April 2026.

In the mountains of Méribel, Le Coucou offers a chic alpine retreat with 55 rooms and suites and two private chalets, each accommodating up to 12 guests. The hotel sits at the foot of the Rond-Point des Pistes above Belvedere, overlooking sweeping snow-covered peaks.

Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez evokes the charm of a private home, featuring 34 rooms and suites set within lush gardens just minutes from Place des Lices. Meanwhile, in the heart of Paris’ Marais district, Le Grand Mazarin blends classic French style with whimsical details across 61 rooms and suites, complemented by a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant.
