LTC to launch Product Showroom in 2026

New platform to showcase LTC’s full suite of partners and products

Members of Flight Centre Travel Group’s Luxury Travel Collection (LTC) will have access to a new platform that showcases the consortia’s full suite of products and partners in one online location.

Launching early in the new year, the ‘Product Showroom’ aims to “empower our members to have effortless access to the full breadth of everything that sits in the LTC product house,” says Shannon Fogarty, Global Product Director of the luxury division of FCTG.

Speaking at the recent Global Owners Harbour Soirée in Hong Kong, Fogarty said the Product Showroom – available exclusively to LTC members and password protected – will be a “single and intelligent platform” that’s designed to “inspire inspiration and connection.”

“Product Showroom is a curated digital platform designed simply not to display product but to inspire this possibility that transcends the ordinary,” Fogarty explained.

To launch initially with members of LTC’s ‘Galeries de Luxe’ portfolio, Product Showroom will feature all products and partners in one location, including the LTC exclusive experiences offered, the key contact for each business, all of the BDMs for the brand nationally, a partner’s booking portal, resources, commissions and tactical offers.

Additional pages will be added for other partners that sit in LTC’s luxury and mainstream product.

“This is allowing us to showcase all our unique and experiential products in one place. It will drive more revenue, steering you where you can channel business to and the right partners that have been vetted and brought into the collection under quite a rigorous process.”

Members will be able to “compare and choose with confidence” using filters to help narrow down options for clients.

Foggarty referred to the Product Showroom as an “evolution”, noting that partner spotlight opportunities will be offered in the future, and streamlined search functions will pinpoint partners on the database, be it hotel, resort, cruise, tour, DMC, etc.

“AI integration is on the roadmap and product comparisons,” she added.

“We are standing at the threshold of a new era for the LTC members. An innovative platform that represents far more than just another a digital tool that’s in your toolbox.

“What we are trying to do is create exceptional experiences for our clients whilst maximising the profitability of your business,” she concluded.
