CT Partners had a strong presence at this week’s FACTS Conference in Sydney, with a significant delegation attending from across the network and multiple members taking the stage to share their expertise on some of the industry’s most important topics.

More than 50 members across 12 business were represented at the two day conference with many contributing insights on topics spanning modern airline retailing, AI & travel technology, emerging trends in corporate travel, performance, data and reporting advancements, sustainability, and business events strategy, reinforcing the network’s position as one of the most informed and progressive voices in Australian travel.

Matt Masson, CEO of CT Partners, said the network’s strong representation reflects both the depth of capability across its membership and the collective commitment to elevating industry standards in corporate travel and the business, meetings & events industry.

“FACTS features some important conversations around key issues impacting our sector including around NDC, data sophistication, aviation sustainability, premium traveller expectations and the future of distribution,” Masson said. “Our members aren’t just participating in those conversations; they’re helping shape them.”

Masson said the concentration of CT Partners speakers across the program highlighted the network’s approach to sharing knowledge openly and building capability across the wider sector.

“We’ve always believed that independence and innovation are strongest when paired with collaboration. When our members present at events like FACTS, they’re not only showcasing their own expertise they’re demonstrating the leadership, strategic alignment and forward-thinking mindset that defines CT Partners as a network.

This week’s conference appearance continues a strong run of momentum for CT Partners, following its successful Annual Conference in Singapore and a year of standout performance across TTV, premium leisure and MICE growth, and supplier partnerships.

“From airline distribution to sustainability to the changing needs of corporate travellers, CT Partners members are on the front lines of what’s shifting and what’s next,” Masson said.

“Our presence at FACTS reflects that – this is a network that shows up, contributes value and leads with confidence.”
