FCTG introduces World360 Rewards Program

Flight Centre Travel Group has entered the rewards program marketplace, rolling out a new points-based loyalty program centred around core retail travel agency brands, Flight Centre, it’s luxury brand Travel Associates and Cruiseabout.

Dubbed World360 Rewards, the scheme brings together one of the largest travel partner networks in the Australia, spanning more than 500 airlines, 900,000 hotels worldwide, 40+ cruise lines, 300,000+ tours globally as well as 300+ everyday retail, financial, healthcare and lifestyle partners.

World360 Rewards combines the travel expertise of 2,500+ personal points hackers in-store with the simplicity of everyday earning and the scale of one of the world’s largest travel companies.

World360 Rewards earn and redeem 52500 points

Kavanagh said World360 Rewards would be a complementary program offering that doesn’t need to come at the expense of loyalty to your favourite airline.

“There are a number of well-established airline loyalty programs out there and we know Aussies have a deep love for these. The gap we identified is in making sure travellers are rewarded for the whole travel journey with more choice and opportunity to not just earn but redeem points across the whole holiday experience,” Kavanagh said.

World360 Rewards members will also be able to unlock three times the points with selected partners as part of a launch incentive, leveraging its valued network of travel suppliers. Airlines such as Air New Zealand and Fiji Airways; cruise lines including Regent Seven Seas and Viking; touring category favourites such as Collette are among 12 travel partners who are putting their best deals forward for World360 Rewards’ launch.

“These accelerated points earning boosters mean a member family booking a holiday with our participating travel partners can triple their points haul, significantly reducing the cost of future travel,” Kavanagh said.

Members will be able to redeem their points as payment in part or full for their holidays and take advantage of a range of exclusively curated points-only travel deals in a custom-built Rewards Store like no other.

With redemptions starting from single day tours to full holiday packages, Kavanagh said the concept will open more accessible travel possibilities.

“World360 Rewards will feature a one-of-its-kind Rewards Store for exclusive points-only travel deals that can’t be found anywhere else.

“We’ve built the Rewards Store on the principle of more flexibility because it shouldn’t be restrictive to book travel.

Launch partners including ANZ, Bupa, Terry White Chemmart, July Luggage, Langtons, Hubby and Collinson and an additional 300+ retailers are available for points earning activity from today, accessible via the World360 Rewards app and an online marketplace of retailers.

A host of other retailers and travel partners are preparing for launch soon including more financial institutions to follow in 2026.
