Florida’s Gulf Coast has welcomed its newest hotel opening, Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. Set on 1,000 feet of white-sand beach stretching across 125 acres, the hotel has 220 accommodations, including 57 suites, five dining destinations, a full-service spa and wellness center, racquet sports facilities, event venues, and Naples’ newest golf resort experience. At the heart of the resort is Market Square, a social hub that houses retail, dining and entertainment.
In addition to the resort’s opening, the 125-acre coastal destination is introducing 153 luxury residences and a Tom Fazio-designed, 18-hole golf course in partnership with Discovery Land Company. The golf course is set to open in 2026, while the residences are inclusive of 58 beachfront and 95 course-side homes.
Location-Inspired Dining
Good to know: Thanks to its location in the heart of the Old Naples community, resort guests are near both Historic Third Street and fashionable 5th Avenue for shopping, dining or strolling.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a “soaring, light-filled” lobby. Off the lobby, a sequence of archways draws guests to The Library and The Merchant Room, the resort’s signature restaurant. The menu here is led by two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef Gavin Kaysen, his first venture outside of the Midwest. As a New American brasserie, signatures include in-house dry aged steaks and house-made pasta.
Additional signature venues include the rebirth of local favorite HB’s, touted as “the only true beachfront restaurant in Old Naples.” The Sunset Bar has also reclaimed its position as the best place in the city to enjoy the sunset, sips and Latin-inspired bites.
Accommodations
Each of the resort’s 220 guestrooms and suites blends natural materials, neutral palettes and select textures to reflect the surrounding landscape and water. Every accommodation offers an expansive ocean-view terrace fully furnished with plush daybeds and dining areas. Inside, walk-in closets with custom leather, woodwork and integrated lighting further enhance the appeal.
Debuting in early 2026, the resort’s most luxurious accommodation, the 7,000-square-foot, five-bedroom Sabal Suite offers panoramic ocean views from its sixth-floor perch. The suite’s showpiece is a 2,100-square-foot terrace with a circular pool in the center and an adjacent whirlpool. An extensive verandah offers shaded dining and lounge areas.

Wellness and Active Experiences
Sanctuary Spa is a two-level, 30,000-square-foot space. With 13 treatment rooms including three VIP suites, the spa offers a menu of personalized therapies.
At its heart is a thermal circuit with aromatherapy steam rooms, Finnish saunas, vitality pools, cold plunge zones and experiential showers. Guests can also unwind at the 75-foot rooftop lap pool, with views of the golf course. A 24-hour fitness center, developed in collaboration with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, provides cutting-edge equipment, dynamic programming and personal training.
The resort is home to two pools surrounded by private cabanas and plush loungers, including one with a splash area that families will enjoy. Kayaks, paddleboards, beach games and more are all on hand for guest use.
The Racquet Club, with six Har-Tru courts, offers a space for practice, private instruction and friendly matches.
Good to know: The resort team can arrange a variety of adventures and ways to discover the destination. Local ecological walks explore Everglades National Park, while fishing excursions cater to both fresh and saltwater anglers. Guests can also reserve the resort’s 34-foot classic Hinckley Picnic Boat for a “seashell safari” and picnic on a remote island or for a relaxing sunset sail.
