Explora Journeys adds VP of consortia and strategic partnerships for North America

Morgane Beltaief will lead the development and performance of consortia partners

Explora Journeys is strengthening is leadership team with the appointment of Morgane Beltaief as vice president of consortia and strategic partnerships for North America. Joining ahead of Explora III’s launch in summer 2026, Beltaief’s appointment reinforces Explora Journeys’ commitment to the travel advisor community.

Beltaief brings more than two decades of experience in luxury travel and hospitality, having held leadership roles with brands such as AmaWaterways and, most recently, Oceania Cruises, where she oversaw all national accounts partnerships and contributed to shaping the brand’s sales strategy. 

In her new role at Explora Journeys, she will lead the strategic development and performance of consortia partners and key strategic accounts, driving growth and expanding the brand’s presence within global luxury networks. She joins Aimee Price, vice president of field sales for North America, who has been with Explora Journeys for four years. Together, and under the leadership of Chris Austin, president of North America, they will continue to strengthen the brand’s relationships with travel partners and lead a high-performing team of consultative sellers.

Morgane holds a bachelor’s degree in international sales from Maurice Ravel Paris, as well as a master’s degree in sales and marketing from PGS in Paris.
