The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) has revealed its full schedule of flagship events for 2026.
The lineup includes:
ASTA Globes — Chicago, IL – January 22, 2026
The inaugural ASTA Globes will kick off the events calendar at the historic Palmer House in downtown Chicago, bringing together travel industry leaders for a gala honoring the advisors, agencies and suppliers shaping the profession’s future.
River Cruise Expo — Amsterdam, Netherlands – March 11–15, 2026
This immersive gathering in Amsterdam offers advisors an opportunity to tour a number of river cruise ships while participating in expanded education sessions, expert-led programming and exclusive networking with leading voices across the global river cruise industry.
Legislative Day — Washington, D.C. – April 20–21, 2026
ASTA’s annual advocacy forum returns to Capitol Hill, giving advisors the chance to make their voices heard and shape the policies that affect their businesses.
Travel Advisor Conference — San Diego, CA – May 27–29, 2026
The cornerstone event of ASTA’s events calendar, this conference brings together hundreds of advisors and suppliers for education, trend-setting speakers and marketplace connections.

Caribbean Showcase — St. Kitts – August 22–26, 2026
Explore one of the most dynamic destination regions for travelers, with site immersion, supplier access and business-building opportunities in a resort setting.
Travel Masters — Adare Manor, Ireland – September 15–18, 2026
An invitation-only, high-level forum for senior advisors and their partners to share strategy, explore luxury travel evolution and network in this exclusive environment.
Corporate Executive Forum and Premium Business Summit — Denver, CO – October 14–16, 2026
The Corporate Executive Forum will offer insights into the growing corporate-travel sector and agency leadership, while the Premium Business Summit for ASTA Premium members focused on next-level growth, technology innovation and future-ready business practices.
