Classic Vacations unveils new statement, itinerary views for advisors

Each view is tailored to a specific need

Classic Vacations is elevating the advisor workflow with the launch of three new statements and itineraries views—Full, Invoice and Travel. Each view is tailored to a specific need, whether advisors are preparing a detailed proposal, sharing an invoice with payment history or providing polished travel documents.

Developed directly from advisor feedback, the new Classic statements and itineraries feature cleaner layouts, smarter organization and more flexible, image-forward presentations at every stage of the booking. They also make it easier to present and explain trip details, while giving clients greater clarity to understand options, make decisions and navigate their travels.

The launch comes just months after India-based TBO acquired U.S.-based Classic Vacations. CEO Melissa Kruger had told LATTE at the time that the new ownership would provide “access to advanced technology.”

About each of the three new, tailored views:

  • Full View: A comprehensive, detail-rich document ideal for proposals, quotes and evolving itineraries. It includes all terms, conditions and policies presented in a modern card-based layout that highlights each booking component along with agent details, costs, travel advisories and support contacts.
  • Invoice View: A concise, polished summary designed for interim or final payment requests. It lists each component as a line item with dates and traveler details, with optional pricing, total cost summaries, payment history and a payment link—all without legal jargon.
  • Travel View: Clean, final travel documents ideal for client-ready itineraries. Card-based components provide essential “where to be and when” details (i.e., flight schedules, hotel check-in, tour locations and start times). This mobile-friendly view can be printed or accessed on the go and intentionally omits the deeper policy details included in the Full View.

Classic says its redesigned formats offer:

  • Sharper, cleaner, client-friendly layouts
  • Flexible options aligned with each stage of the booking lifecycle
  • A modern, image-forward presentation that elevates the advisor’s personal brand
  • Streamlined workflows with all sharing and downloads in one place

In addition, all views can be emailed or downloaded as a PDF, allowing advisors to select the version that supports workflow and client communication with ease. This launch represents a key step in Classic’s digital journey, transforming traditional text-heavy statements into vibrant, card-style documents that are intuitive, visually rich and built for today’s advisors and travelers.
