Avenue Two rolls out new system to improve advisor workflow

Avenue Two Travel, a Virtuoso member agency, a Forbes Travel Guide endorsed agency and a certified B Corp, at ILTM Cannes last week launched “The Avenue Approach,” a unified system that enhances how advisors work and how they collaborate with supplier partners. Designed to make life easier, faster and better for advisors, it also improves communication and coordination with partners who support Avenue Two clients worldwide.

Advisors can simply integrate “The Avenue Approach” into their existing workflow and preferred software systems. The system, according to Avenue Two, elevates the level of service they provide, improves consistency across the client journey and saves valuable time that can be redirected toward client care and revenue-generating activities. It achieves these by streamlining advisor workflows, reinforcing clarity in partner communication and providing a structure that elevates the trip’s full life cycle.

Additionally, partners receive timely and accurate information that supports the exceptional service they strive to deliver.

Why the New Process

Martha King, vice president of strategic partnerships for Avenue Two Travel, designed the system.
