New for the 2025-26 winter season, Ultima Collection, a portfolio of ultra-luxury chalets, villas, residences and boutique hotels, has unveiled Ultima Promenade Gstaad. Set along the historic promenade, this four-story residence accommodates up to 20 guests.

Originally built by the late Prince Karim Aga Khan IV as a place to bring friends and family together, Ultima Promenade Gstaad has become one of the most exclusive private chalets in the Alpine destination.

Across the four floors are eight suites, a kid’s dormitory, a living room with wrap-around balconies, an open fire and a dining room. The chalet is complete with amenities and facilities like a private cinema, cigar lounge, game room and even a private disco. Throughout the space, guests will find “sumptuous” cashmere and silk to bespoke Italian furnishings and hand-finished designer fabrics.

Pretty cool: Ultima Promenade Gstaad is also introducing a new level of personalization through Ultima Collection’s collaboration with Artion Galleries. Following the debut of this concept at Ultima Quai Wilson Geneva, the Gstaad property will offer bespoke curations of contemporary artwork installed ahead of arrival and tailored to each guest’s individual taste.

Beyond the already-mentioned facilities, there’s an entire wellness floor, as well. Guests can unwind in the sauna, hammam, whirlpool, massage room, snow shower and cool pool. A fully equipped fitness gym and indoor pool are also available. Should guests prefer, Ultima Collection’s team is on hand to arrange bespoke wellness programs, personal training and spa treatments. 

Next door, Ultima Hotel Gstaad offers Switzerland’s first Zuma restaurant for the winter season, a vibrant pop-up that has become Gstaad’s most sought-after dining experience.
