The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort has announced a series of newly completed enhancements across its accommodations, dining offerings, recreational facilities and wellness program.

The resort’s Two-Bedroom Family Villa has undergone a redesign and expansion (from about 3,600 square feet to 4,300 square feet, including an additional 710 square feet of indoor living space). The villa’s private pool has doubled in size to 320 square feet and was reconceived as an infinity pool. The beachfront has also been enhanced with a wider, softer stretch of sand.

Public Spaces

Elsewhere, in the gardens, Cargo has reopened with a new culinary identity inspired by the spice routes of the Indian Ocean. Showcasing flavors from India, Sri Lanka and the Maldives, the restaurant blends “tradition and refinement” beneath lantern-lit palms.

Complementing the resort’s existing tennis court, the addition of a padel court introduces the sport to Vommuli Island. In addition, The St. Regis Maldives updated its fitness center with the latest Technogym equipment, including the Artis Cardio, Skillrun and Strength series. A highlight of the renovation is the Technogym Checkup System, an advanced diagnostic tool offering individualized assessments of posture, body composition and performance.
