Airelles has opened reservations for Airelles Palladio, Venezia, which will begin welcoming guests from April 1, 2026.
Located on the island of La Giudecca, Airelles Palladio, Venezia has a privileged setting facing San Marco. Along the canal, the property comprises three historic 16th-century buildings set within nearly one hectare of gardens, restored with the utmost respect for their extraordinary heritage.

The Airelles will have 45 keys including 17 rooms and 28 suites, plus a private villa with three bedrooms, a pool and a private garden. The 4,845-square-foot presidential suite with four bedrooms embodies this spirit at its highest level, offering incredible views over Venice’s iconic landmarks.
Airelles Palladio, Venezia invites guests to experience a unique and vibrant vision of La Serenissima. Home to the largest spa and wellness center in the City of the Doges—spanning 18,300 square feet—the Maison also offers three pools, a Kids Club, and bespoke surprises designed for its guests, promising unforgettable memories.

There are three fine-dining restaurants, a Club and a cicchetti bar paying tribute to Venetian tradition, as well as three bars crafted to accompany different moments of the day.

Airelles operates a modest portfolio of maisons in Courchevel 1850, Val d’Isère, Versailles, Saint-Tropez and Gordes.
Bookings are now open for stays from April 1, 2026, however the earliest room/suite to book (as listed online) is currently available for guests arriving April 16. Opening month rates currently range from €6,500 to €9,840 (approximately $7,642 to $11,570) during the launch month.
Lead-in rates begin at €1,400 (approximately $1,650) per night for a Superior Room in low season, with breakfast included.
