Orient Express Sailing Yachts has announced a new set of global itineraries for 2027, when its first two vessels will be operating simultaneously. The line’s first yacht, Orient Express Corinthian, is scheduled to debut in 2026 with sailings scheduled for the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. In 2027, the fleet will expand with the addition of sister ship Orient Express Olympian, broadening the scope of Orient Express’ sailings.
The newly announced itineraries include established Mediterranean routes as well as new voyages in Greece, Türkiye, the United Kingdom and Northern Europe.

The Mediterranean and Its Seas
Orient Express will continue sailing established routes along the Côte d’Azur, the Italian Riviera and the Adriatic, while introducing the following new Mediterranean voyages:
- Piraeus to Istanbul (Aegean Sea and Sporades): This itinerary sails from Piraeus through the Saronic Gulf and the Aegean Sea, calling in the Cyclades, including Mykonos, before continuing north to the Sporades. The voyage then crosses the Thracian Sea and arrives in Istanbul via the Bosphorus.
- Valletta to Piraeus (Ionian Sea and Peloponnese): Departing Malta, the yacht crosses the Strait of Otranto and sails through the Ionian Islands, including Corfu and Cephalonia. The route continues along the western Peloponnese, with calls in Navarino Bay, Cape Maleas, Monemvasia and Hydra, before ending in Piraeus.
United Kingdom and Northern Europe

Orient Express also introduced several itineraries in the United Kingdom and Northern Europe for 2027:
- London to Honfleur (English Channel): This voyage departs London via the River Thames, sails along England’s southern coast with stops in Torquay and Cowes, then crosses to Saint-Malo before concluding in Honfleur, near the Seine estuary.
- London to Copenhagen (North Sea and Oslofjord): The itinerary follows Britain’s east coast with calls in Edinburgh and Aberdeen, then continues to Norway and sails through the Oslofjord to Oslo. The voyage proceeds through the Skagerrak, Kattegat and Øresund before arriving in Copenhagen.
- Copenhagen to London (Norwegian Fjords and North Sea): Departing Copenhagen, the yacht sails to Skagen, then follows Norway’s coast into the Bergenfjord. The return route crosses the North Sea with stops in Aberdeen and Edinburgh before ending in London on the Thames.
Orient Express has not yet specified which vessel will operate each itinerary. Good to know: As with previous journeys, each route will follow the most favorable winds, reducing environmental impact while offering a distinctive maritime experience.
