1 Hotels has confirmed plans to expand the brand’s footprint in Mexico with 1 Hotel Cabo earmarked to debut in late 2028/early 2029, located adjacent to the existing 1 Homes Cabo.
This new resort will be located along one of the destination’s most beautiful beaches, with sweeping views of Land’s End.
1 Hotel Cabo will reflect the brand’s guiding philosophy—that luxury and sustainability can not only coexist but thrive together. The property will blend organic design, renewable materials, and biophilic principles with a deep respect for the surrounding desert and sea.
Developed in partnership with Grupo Questro and Grupo MRP, the project in envisioned to feature approximately 124 guest rooms and suites and a series of beachside infinity pools.
Guests will discover the spirit of Baja through inventive local cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and wellness rituals inspired by desert and the sea—all underscored by a deep commitment to community and sustainability. A rooftop bar and lounge will offer sweeping views of the area, while spaces throughout the resort will flow effortlessly between indoors and out.
