Orient Express Corinthian took to the water at the weekend for its very first sea trials, Orient Express Sailing Yachts has confirmed.
It’s been nearly 18 months since construction began on the new vessel at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in Saint Nazaire, France. Now, it is nearing completion with its debut scheduled for June 2026.

“The Sailing Yacht now takes to the water with the promise of what is to come: a fusion of maritime excellence, craftsmanship, and the pioneering spirit that drives Orient Express Sailing Yachts forward,” Orient Express Sailing Yachts said.
OE Corinthian will sail a series of voyages from two-night escapes to 14-night journeys.

Earlier this month, Orient Express unveiled its redesigned digital platform www.orientexpress.com bringing together all of its brands under one “captivating roof”.
“It’s a seamless and immersive way to explore our iconic offerings: Trains, Sailing Yachts and Hotels,” Vice President Digital Maxime Lequint said. “This unified platform – design and developed by Mazarine Group – perfectly showcases the spirit of Orient Express brand.”
