Flight Centre Travel Group’s Luxury Travel Collection has sold the highly-acclaimed Australian-based luxury travel show, Luxperience, to its Event Director, Lynn Ormiston, and her business partner, Jonathan Leggett.

Trading as Curated Travel Marketing, Ormiston and Leggett have collaborated on Luxperience for several years. Their acquisition of Luxperience represents and “exciting new chapter” for the show, the duo said.

With more than 15 years of combined experience across luxury travel, events, and marketing, Ormiston and Leggett will take joint ownership and leadership of the Luxperience.

Curated Travel Marketing says the move marks a “significant milestone for Luxperience, reaffirming its commitment to innovation, excellence and connection within the global luxury travel community as an independent brand.”

“The new ownership ensures Luxperience continues to evolve as a brand-agnostic platform, supporting and celebrating the entire spectrum of high-end luxury travel experiences.”

Ormiston, Co-Owner of Luxperience, said: “This is the beginning of an exciting new era for Luxperience.”

“Jonathan and I share a deep belief in the power of meaningful connections and creative collaboration. Together, we’re committed to building on Luxperience’s strong legacy while continuing to champion the people and brands that make this industry so extraordinary.”

The transition will see Curated Travel Marketing managing all future Luxperience events and initiatives, with a continued focus on delivering memorable experiences that inspire, engage, and drive business outcomes for luxury travel professionals across the globe.

“We’re incredibly proud to take Luxperience forward,” added Leggett, Co-Owner of Luxperience. “Our goal is to strengthen its role as a hub of creativity and connection, bringing together the most inspiring minds and brands in luxury travel.”

Ormiston will remain as the primary contact for partners, and Leggett will be the contact for travel professionals, alongside their roles as co-owners.

“The team worked hard to elevate the event during a critical growth period for the luxury travel industry, so now feels like the right time to pass the business on to Lynn, who has done a fantastic job of delivering the event over the past three years with FCTG,” said Nikki Glading, General Manager, Luxury Travel Collection.

“We couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved with the Luxperience brand over the past few years and who better to continue to elevate the brand than Lynn and Jonathan.”

“They both bring passion, expertise, and a deep understanding of the luxury landscape, and we are looking forward to watching Luxperience continue to grow, innovate, and inspire under their leadership.”

Luxperience will next take place 17-20 November 2026 in Sydney. Expressions of Interest are now open at luxperience.com.au.
