Signature Travel Network is trying to inspire its members to use social media more – and more effectively – with a new social media tool to launch in 2026.
Aptly named Inspire Academy, the new platform is all about “creating influencers from every single advisor in this room,” Christine Conklin, Vice President of Marketing, said to attendees of Signature’s Annual Conference in Las Vegas.
Designed for members who already have strong social media presences to those who don’t currently have a Facebook or Instagram, Inspire Academy will help advisors create original content for a myriad of platforms. Most importantly, said Conklin, “We’re going to meet you where you’re at.”
She explained the importance of original content: “Something very important has changed recently with Meta, and they are not only prioritising original, authentic content, but they’re penalizing you if you’re using duplicate content.” Meaning, if you work with a company that pushed out generic content on your behalf, not only is that not helping – it’s actively hurting you.
Inspire Academy will sync with Signature’s existing content calendar, “so you can ensure that all those touchpoints – all those magazines, direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, our partners’ promotional calendars – align beautifully with this program.”
To further inspire its members to pick up the tool, Signature will be displaying a leaderboard of members and offering prizes, said Conklin. Perhaps this would relate to the number of posts, or the best engagement; Conklin did not specify.
Inspire Academy is expected to soft launch in December (running through January), before a full network rollout later in Q1 2026.
Beyond this social media tool, Conklin spoke to Signature’s other marketing updates. Among them: the travel agency network will offer nine different publications in 2026. New for next year are a family magazine, Ready, Set, Go, which “it rooted in connection and creativity and [from] the point of view of a child.” The first edition will be published in May 2026.
