The 2025 Annual Meeting will be the last in Vegas for Signature

Signature Travel Network kicked off 2025 Annual Conference Monday at The Venetian in Las Vegas. Taking place November 10-13 and uniting Signature members, preferred partners and industry thought leaders, the four-day event will foster connection, education and collaboration within the global travel landscape.

This year’s Conference theme, “Evolve,” pays homage to the continued evolution of Signature, including the organization’s growing travel agency membership, new supplier partnerships, upgraded technology and enhanced marketing capabilities. Along those lines, more than 20% of the 2,500-plus attendees are first-time member participants. In addition, the event will welcome 43 new preferred partners.

New highlights for 2025 include:

  • The expansion of the ‘Travel Elevates’ Tradeshow Lounge, Signature’s foundation, where attendees can learn more and get involved in positive impact travel
  • Robust event RFID technology for easier attendance tracking

Tip: LATTE U.S. will be hosting a roundtable, comprising a Signature executive, advisors and suppliers; the discussion will be centered around expedition travel—the confluence of luxury and cruising.

Attendees will also experience a keynote speech by Ryan Leak, a New York Times best-selling author, who will elaborate on the theme of “Evolve” and how to embrace resilience and innovation to continue to thrive.

Advisors will also likely hear more about the still-in-beta Storybook tool, which Signature previewed at its Owners Meeting in September.

A fond farewell: For nearly 20 years, Las Vegas has been home to the Signature Annual Conference. The 2025 Conference marks the final year that the event will be hosted in Vegas, and starting in 2026 the Conference will be held in Orlando, FL, for the next three years.
