APT Travel Group has notched up its largest ever sales month in the company’s history, as it achieved three of the company’s top four highest sales days on record.

The achievement highlights 2025 as a defining year for the company, marking its resurgence post-pandemic as well as strategic investments in new ships across Europe, Vietnam, and now Egypt, as well as lodge upgrades in the Kimberley and accelerated global partnerships.

“This record-breaking period reflects the strength, innovation, and expertise of the APT Travel Group and the years of hard work the team has put in, and the strong relationships we have with our trade partners,” said David Cox, CEO of APT Travel Group.

Key destinations are driving this record performance, with classic European journeys still a cornerstone of APT Travel Group’s success. New ships in Europe and popular early spring departures, including the Captains Choice Turkey journey to commemorate Anzac Day, and river cruises across France, Germany, and the Netherlands, have further fuelled demand.

Small group tours have also seen strong growth, the company revealed. The launch of Travelmarvel small group tours, adding to APT’s existing offerings, is attracting significant interest as are the brand’s recently launched Egypt itineraries which feature luxury Nile cruises.

Niche brands within APT Travel Group are also experiencing strong demand. Interest in Antarctica Flights is surging, with fewer than 40 seats remaining across two New Year’s Eve flights. Botanica’s spring Japan charter cruises continue to attract travellers, offering cultural immersion alongside luxury travel experiences. Captains Choice early spring European departures, particularly the Turkey journey, are performing strongly as well.

“It is very pleasing to see the areas where the business has made significant investments, new ships in Europe, Vietnam and now Egypt plus significant investment in upgrading our Kimberley lodges and our new partnerships with Seabourn and Heritage Expeditions fuelling our growth,” Cox added.

In addition to its record-breaking business achievements, APT continues to make a meaningful social impact through its funding of initiatives such as the establishment of the new Blue Dragon Centre in Ho Chi Minh City. Operated by the Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation, the centre offers a secure environment for children, providing literacy and numeracy classes, English lessons, creative workshops, life skills training, and counselling, hosting up to 50 children at a time, with 150 attending throughout the week. Through its OneTomorrow Charitable Fund, APT Travel Group has contributed more than $450,000 to the foundation since 2019, including over $220,000 this year alone.

“Supporting Blue Dragon in establishing this centre is more than a financial commitment – it’s a reflection of our shared values: dignity, opportunity, and hope,” said Lorna Heyward, COO of APT Travel Group.
