Aman Group has revealed the next addition to its lifestyle brand Janu will be a new resort and residences development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
Set to be the brand’s second property in the UAE after Janu Dubai, the hotel’s announcement follows the successful debut of Janu Tokyo in 2024.
Named Janu Al Marjan Island, the project will be located on the Arabian Gulf. Designed by Singapore-based SCDA Architects, it is envisioned as “a vibrant waterfront destination where lifestyle and community converge.” Its modern aesthetic will be complemented by open social spaces.
“Ras Al Khaimah is rapidly emerging as one of the Middle East’s most captivating destinations, making it a natural home for our next Janu property,” Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, said.
“Janu Ras Al Marjan Island will offer a vibrant setting where like-minded individuals can connect through shared experiences, immerse themselves in the region’s striking natural beauty, and embrace the brand’s spirited approach to contemporary, connected living.”

At the heart of the property will be a 132-key hotel with sweeping sea views and an array of amenities that define the Janu experience. Guests can expect a Janu Wellness Centre featuring a yoga studio, gym, banya, and hammam, along with two signature restaurants, a Mixology Bar, a lively nightlife venue, and a Kids’ Club. A Beach Club, outdoor pool, and private stretch of shoreline will further connect guests and residents to the water.
Next to the hotel, a residential tower will host Janu Residences, including one- to five-bedroom apartments and a small number of standalone villas. Owners will enjoy full access to resort facilities.
The new property is part of Janu’s fast-expanding pipeline with upcoming properties already confirmed for Dubai, Turks and Caicos and Saudi Arabia.
