Boutique luxury has arrived in Brighton-Le-Sands on Sydney’s southern shores with the opening of The Brighton Hotel Sydney – MGallery Collection.

Set along the foreshore of Botany Bay, the 307-room hotel, part of Accor’s MGallery Hotel Collection, is described as “a retreat by the sea, shaped by story and light.”

With the added convenience of city access, the hotel’s architecture and design draws inspiration from the coastal setting, while floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies deliver sweeping water views.

The hotel’s culinary offerings promise a journey through “salt and the sea,” led by Ammos Brighton, a Mediterranean fine dining restaurant helmed by acclaimed Greek-Australian chef Peter Conistis.

The more laidback Coco’s on the Beach stays open until 3am, while Sands Bar offers flexible indoor-outdoor spaces, waterfront views and a fresh new contemporary menu. The hotel’s seasonal adults-only beach club opens this weekend, with more venues to be unveiled over the summer.

Wellness at The Brighton includes an indoor and outdoor pool as well as fitness facilities at Brighton Active which include Peloton bikes and state-of-the-art equipment.
The hotel also offers 11 meeting spaces and two grand ballrooms, including the showpiece Brighton Ballroom for up to 600 guests.
