A new Nobu Hotel and Restaurant has been confirmed for Nashville, Tennessee to be located along the Cumberland River in the city’s East Bank district.
The new project will be part of the broader Oracle campus development.
“We’re excited to bring the Nobu lifestyle to Nashville’s East Bank, a vibrant district ready for growth,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality. “After much anticipation and requests from our loyal Nobu customers, partnering with Oracle is a perfect match.”
The hotel is being designed in partnership with renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners and will feature 120 rooms and suites. Each space will reflect Nobu’s signature Japanese-inspired aesthetic, paired with modern sophistication.

Guests can look forward to an on-site Nobu restaurant showcasing Chef Nobu’s iconic dishes, located at the lobby level. Additional amenities include versatile meeting and event spaces, a stylish café, a state-of-the-art fitness centre and spa, and a show-stopping rooftop infinity pool with sweeping views of the Nashville skyline.
“Nashville’s rich culture and culinary scene make it an ideal home for Nobu, and we can’t wait to create a destination that embodies the city’s spirit and our unique experience,” Horwell added.
The hotel will be just minutes from downtown Nashville, providing easy access to key attractions such as Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium, and the city’s vibrant dining scene.
