The first SIRO hotel and branded residences in the US will open in Miami in 2030, in the heart of the city’s Brickell district.

Kerzner International unveiled plans for SIRO Brickell, Miami this week, with the hotel joining a rapidly growing pipeline for the fledgling brand which debuted with SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai in February 2024. SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro opened earlier this year with other properties in the works including Los Cabos in 2027, Riyadh in 2028 and Tokyo in 2029.

“Kerzner has been defined by its entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to continuously innovate the hospitality landscape. SIRO is our disruptor brand; designed to meet the evolving demands of a new generation of travellers who prioritise wellbeing, performance and purpose,” Kerzner CEO Philippe Zuber said. “SIRO is on a rapid global trajectory, strategically targeting the world’s most dynamic cities, and Miami is the perfect stage for that.”

The development will feature up to 180 rooms and suites, 350 SIRO Homes, a state-of-the-art Fitness Lab, and a Recovery Lab – all integrated into a striking mixed-use building.

“Miami represents a pivotal milestone for the growth of SIRO, and Brickell is the natural choice for our first SIRO US location, as one of the most exciting real estate markets in the world,” Kerzner President of Real Estate Juan Aguilar said. “With SIRO Brickell, Miami, we are not just building a hotel, we are shaping a new destination… setting a new standard for urban living.”

To realize this vision, Kerzner is partnering with 13th Floor Investments and Forse Holdings. “Brickell has become one of the world’s leading global destinations,” said Arnaud Karsenti, Managing Principal of 13th Floor Investments. “This makes it the ideal location to launch SIRO’s flagship project in the US.”

This announcement comes as Kerzner prepares for the November opening of One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana, and a new project underway in New York’s Hudson Valley.
