The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) today relaunched its website, ASTA.org, unveiling “a fresh, member-driven design that reflects the heart of the travel advisor community.”
Travel advisors will discover on the website a completely new platform “built to showcase and serve” them. Among the updated features is new, intuitive navigation and vibrant storytelling.
Beyond that, however, real member photos replace former generic stock imagery, giving visitors an authentic look at the people and experiences that “define ASTA.” Advocacy and Membership resources also received major upgrades. Pages are clearer and easier to navigate, helping both members and policymakers quickly access ASTA’s latest initiatives. As well, membership content now offers a guided path for potential, new and established members, making it simple to find profiles, resources and benefits at every stage of engagement.
Among the other updates, the popular Member Advantage Program (MAP) has been “reimagined” in a more visual, engaging format that better showcases member benefits. Also, a brand-new Industry Affairs hub brings together tools and resources on key issues, from reporting hotel commission concerns to staying informed on NCF policies.
The update integrates ASTA’s Verified Travel Advisor (VTA) program into the main site, too. This means that members now need only one sign-on to access both ASTA.org and VTA content.
Soon, the site will also be home to ASTA’s blacklist of suppliers who fall under the no-pay or slow-pay umbrellas.
