Luxury travel operator Scott Dunn has launched a new Hong Kong office, with the move representing a “major step” in the FCTG-owned company’s Asia expansion.

The company established its Asia presence in 2016. with the opening of a Singapore office to service the growing Asian market and provide 24-hour service to its UK and US guests. Then, in 2018, the company acquired Country Holidays, a Singapore-based company with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and China, further strengthening its Asian footprint.

This latest move is “just the beginning of an exciting journey” for the company, according to Scott Dunn Asia General Manager Mike Harlow.

“Hong Kong has always been a significant market for luxury travel,” he said. “Establishing a dedicated office reflects our commitment to serving guests and members more closely, supporting partners on the ground, and expanding the reach of Scott Dunn Private.”

The opening coincides with the appointment of two new team members, Mansha Channa and Luciana Lee, who will both take on the role of Private Relationship Managers in the new office.

“I’m incredibly excited about the opportunities this creates — for our members, who will now benefit from a dedicated team on the ground, and for our colleagues, who are ready to deliver the next chapter of our growth story,” Harlow added.
